Biographical Info

Michelle Bradbury, MD, PhD is a Professor of Radiology and Endowed Professor of Imaging Research at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ specializing in Neuroradiology. She serves as Director of the Molecular Imaging Innovations Institute (MI3) and of the Perioperative Imaging and Engineered Technologies Program for Cancer Treatment. She is also Head of Cross-Campus Research Collaborations and Innovations within the Cornell Institute for Engineering Innovations in Medicine, part of the Sandra and Edward Meyer Cancer Center.

Dr. Bradbury earned a BA in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. She then received an MS degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Maryland, followed by a PhD in Nuclear Engineering (Radiological Sciences) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In 1997, she received her MD degree at George Washington University School of Medicine, followed by an Internship in Surgery in 1998, a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology (1998-2002) and a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine/Wake Forest University. From 2003-2006, Dr. Bradbury completed an additional Fellowship in Molecular Imaging at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK).

Dr. Bradbury has held appointments as a Professor of Radiology at the Gerstner Sloan Kettering Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and an Attending of Radiology at Memorial Hospital. She also previously served as Co-Director of the MSK-Cornell Center for Translation of Cancer Nanomedicines from 2015-2021, Director of Intraoperative Imaging, and Co-Chair of the Innovations and Technology Team at MSK. She joined the faculty at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ in May 2023 as a Professor of Radiology.

Dr. Bradbury is also a Co-founder and Scientific Advisory Board member of Elucida Oncology, Inc.
