About Shlomo Minkowitz, M.D.
Shlomo Minkowitz M.D. is a an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ. He is a board-certified radiologist and a member of the Emergency Imaging Division.
Dr. Minkowitz earned his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2008 and his M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2012. He was an intern in internal medicine at SUNY Downstate and completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at NewYork-Prebyterian/Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ. He was recruited to join the full-time faculty at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ after completing his fellowship in neuroradiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ.
Dr. Minkowitz’s clinical expertise is in neuroradiology and he interprets a variety of studies including MRIs, CTs, ultrasounds and x-rays. Dr. Minkowitz’s research focuses on medical education. Dr. Minkowitz is an active and involved teacher of resident, fellows, and medical students.
